TSU Chemistry Journal entered the Chemical Abstracts Service database
The scientific journal Tomsk State University Journal. Chemistry was accepted into the database of the Chemical Abstracts Service. This is a database of the American Chemical Society and one of eight international databases, entry in which means the inclusion of the journal in the list of Russian peer-reviewed scientific journals.
- The American Chemical Society is a powerful professional community and one of the leading international sources of scientific information in the chemical sciences, - said Irina Kurzina, chairman of the journal editorial board and TSU professor. – Entry into the database is recognition of the status of our Faculty of Chemistry and our chemical school on the world stage as one of the leaders in chemistry. Submission of abstracts of our articles in open access through the American Chemical Society will expand the partner network and present the results to the world professional chemical community. Also, entry into the Chemical Abstracts Service database leads to TSU’s increase in the QS rankings in the Chemistry area and an increase in citations.
