Meeting of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin with the scientists leading laboratories established with the support provided by the grants of the Government of the Russian Federation (mega-grants) has taken place on September 19, 2016. Professor Yulia Kovas, Head of the Laboratory of Behaviour Genetics and Cognitive Investigations, Codirector of the International Centre for Research in Human Development at Tomsk State University participated in that meeting.
