Introduction: For development of international cooperation National Research Tomsk State University carries out at 3-5 October, 2017 the Workshop organized by the Institute of «Smart materials and Technology» along with scientific groups of Chemical, Physical Departments and Siberian Physical-Technical Institute (SPTI) directed to develop and enhance existing links between Russian (Tomsk State University) and UK (Lancaster University) universities for the further cooperation in educational and research activities.
