Areas of Research
-
Study of electronic structure and molecular properties in a wide range of conditions for the isolated and the interacting quantum systems;
-
Development of new methods and algorithms of ab initio calculations of potential energy surfaces, dipole and multipole moments, higher polarizing polyatomic molecules and weakly bound van der Waals atomic and molecular systems;
-
Modeling of photophysical, magnetic and electrical properties and processes in organic and organometallic compounds for the theoretical framework of organic electronics, spin catalysis, and for synthesis of new polymers and new materials;
-
Experimental study and theoretical analysis of spectra of small and polyatomic molecules in microwave, infrared and ultraviolet ranges;
-
Theoretical modeling and prediction of highly quantum states of molecules and radiative processes in extreme conditions on the basis of potential and dipole surfaces and new effective methods of calculation;
-
Study of nonlinear molecular dynamics at high energies, qualitative transformation of states, isotopic effects, formation and dissociation of molecules and complexes, intermolecular interaction and interaction with surfaces;
-
Development of original information systems, databases of molecule spectra and properties.
